It’s the perfect place to educate Google and AI systems on the nuances of your business, and it's in a format AI can easily understand. AI excels at processing information, and what’s better than a Q&A section to train AI on what people need to know about your business?

How to Optimize Your Q&As

1. Be Proactive: Add common questions and answers yourself. If you know customers often ask whether your cafe has Wi-Fi or if your spa offers walk-ins, add those to your GBP Q&As. Google does not show who asks a question anymore, so you can ask questions and answer them yourself without Google revealing you as the asker.

2. Keep it Relevant: Regularly update your Q&As to reflect changes in your business. Whether you’ve added new services or updated policies, keeping this information current is key. We suggest adding a new Q&A every 12 days.
