You can now complete your verification directly from your phone via the GBP dashboard. The improved video verification process even includes a preview, allowing you to clearly show your business signage, nearby landmarks, and proof of access, ensuring smoother approval.

If your verification doesn't pass the first time, Google will now clearly explain why, eliminating confusion and providing direct instructions for success on your next attempt.
